(Quantity depending upon length of the onion.)

Tomato ketchup/Tomato-chili ketchup

Instructions
-
Cut idli's into 4 pieces.
-
Heat oil in a kadhai(wok)/frying pan. Add chopped onions and saute for two minutes.

Now add chopped ginger-garlic and saute for a minute. Add green chili's.

Add chopped capsicum and stir fry for 1 minute on a high flame.
-
Add soy sauce, ketchup, vinegar, and salt and fry for a minute.
-
Add the idlis and mix well so that all the idlis are coated with sauce.

Garnish with chopped spring onion greens and serve hot.
