Schezwan sauce

Instructions

Boil water in a large pan
-
Add 100 gm macaroni. Add 1tsp oil and a little salt to boiling water.

Boil till macaroni becomes tender

Once it is cooked, drain water place macaroni under running tap water so that macaroni doesn't get overcooked.

Place a wok on gas. Add oil

Once the oil is hot, add onion and saute for 2-3 minutes on medium to low heat, till it gets transparent.

Add capsicum and saute for 1 minute.

Add 2 tbsp pasta sauce and saute for 1 minute. Add tomato ketchup and schezwan sauce, give it a little stir.

Add 50 ml of water and cook for 1-2 minutes.

Add macaroni and saute for 2-3 minutes. Sprinkle some oregano and serve hot.

My tips: You can mix some eggless Mayonaise ( for Mayo lover's) (totally optional), I love mayo so I use it, I even place one half fry egg on the top (experimentation is my mantra)
