Macaroni pasta is a very easy-to-cook dish. You can eat at breakfast or in the evening as snacks. It’s very healthy and tasty too. Anybody can cook this dish so all bachelor’s try this in lockdown period
Macaroni
Macaroni is made with durum wheat, it is generally cut in the short length and it’s tube-shaped. It is also called as elbow macaroni.
Pasta
Pasta is a type of food typically made from a dough of wheat flour mixed with water or eggs. It is cooked either by boiling or by baking. The dough is made without any yeast or raising agents.

- Boil water in a large pan
- Add 100 gm macaroni. Add 1tsp oil and a little salt to boiling water.
- Boil till macaroni becomes tender
- Once it is cooked, drain water place macaroni under running tap water so that macaroni doesn't get overcooked.
- Place a wok on gas. Add oil
- Once the oil is hot, add onion and saute for 2-3 minutes on medium to low heat, till it gets transparent.
- Add capsicum and saute for 1 minute.
- Add 2 tbsp pasta sauce and saute for 1 minute. Add tomato ketchup and schezwan sauce, give it a little stir.
- Add 50 ml of water and cook for 1-2 minutes.

- My tips: You can mix some eggless Mayonaise ( for Mayo lover's) (totally optional), I love mayo so I use it, I even place one half fry egg on the top (experimentation is my mantra)
