Ingredients
  • 4 Eggs
  • 2 tsp Refined Oil
  • 1 tsp Cumin Seeds
  • 1 Medium Onion
  • 2-3 Green chillies
  • 1 Medium Tomato
  • 1/4 tsp Turmeric(Optional)
  • Salt as per taste
Instructions
  1. Heat oil in a no-stick pan. When oil becomes hot add cumin seeds and saute for few seconds or till it changes color to brown.
  2. Now add green chilies and onion and saute till the onion becomes transparent.
  3. Add tomatoes, turmeric, and salt and cook it for 3-4 minutes or till the tomatoes are cooked properly.
  4. Now add eggs one by one by breaking them directly into the pan. You can also break the eggs first in a bowl and then transfer the eggs in the pan.
  5. Saute the eggs continuously so that all the eggs are broken into small pieces.
  6. Make sure it is crumbled properly as shown in image
  7. Garnish it with fresh coriander leaves.
  8. Take a bowl and add 1 portion of egg bhurji and garnish it with fresh coriander leaves. Serve hot with chapatis or parathas.
