Ingredients
  • 125 g Soyabean
  • 2 cup Water
  • 125 g Soya chunks
  • 1 cup Maida(all purpose flour
  • 1 tsp salt
  • Few Sticks
Instructions
  1. Soak 1/2 cup soya beans overnight. Rinse and wash it properly.
  2. Grind the soaked soya beans to a fine paste.
  3. Now boil soya chunks. Once the soya chunks are boiled properly, drain out the water and again soak it in cold water so that chunks become soft.
  4. Now, squeeze out all the water from the chunks and grind it to a fine paste.
  5. Now take a big bowl and add both soya bean paste and soya chunk paste, mix well.
  6. Then add maida and salt to the mixture and mix all the ingredients properly.
  7. Now by adding some water, knead a soft dough. Keep it for a few minutes covered.
  8. Next, flatten the dough like chapati.
  9. From the chapati, cut strips as shown in the image.
  10. Take a pan full of water and boil it.
  11. Now take the cut strips and roll it on the sticks
  12. Add these sticks to boiling water and let it immersed in the water for 1-2 minutes.
  13. Now add these boiled sticks into cold water and allow it to cool.
  14. Take out the sticks from the cold water and drain it. Your fresh, healthy and hygienic soya chaap is ready to cook.
