Rose powder (if rose water is not available you can use rooh-afza

Chopped cashew & almonds (optional)
Instructions

In a bowl take 2 cups of chilled curd.

Blend the curd with a hand blender or manually whisk it with a wire whisk,

Now add sugar to the blended curd and mix well.

Now add 1.5 cups of water and again whisk it with a hand blender or manually with a whisker.

The curd should be whisked until the froth is formed on the surface.

Now add 2 tsp of rosewater or rooh-afza according to the availability and add ice cubes.

Mix all the ingredients properly and now whisk it for the final touch.

Pour the lassi in the tall glass and garnish it with crushed dry fruits and few drops of rooh-afza.

Enjoy chilled.
