Instructions
-
1. Take a pan and add water, bring it to boil. Add salt, turmeric powder, butter milk and chicken pieces to it. Cook it for 15 minutes.

2. Heat another pan/cooker, add oil(mustard oil) and heat it till it starts giving burning aroma.

3. Add chopped onion and little bit of salt and fry till it turns down to golden brown color.

4. Then add ginger-garlic paste, tomato puree, cumin powder, coriander powder, garam masala powder and sauté it for few minutes.
Then add cashew powder and cook it for 2-3 minutes.

5. Now add boiled chicken pieces along with the water and simmer it for 10-12 minutes.

6. Finally, garnish it with crushed pepper and coriander leaves and your yummy chicken is ready to eat. You can eat with Rice/chapati/paratha as per your taste.
