Indian Spices play a very important role in our cooking on a daily basis and we use many spices to make our dishes flavorful and tasty.
Most of the spices produce essential oils and provide health benefits to our bodies and minds.

Turmeric – Indian Spices
For instance, curcumin which is found in turmeric is very beneficial in diseases like heart diseases, Alzheimer’s disease, and cancer.
It also has an anti-inflammatory and antioxidant substance that helps improve symptoms of depression and arthritis.
Cinnamon
On the other hand, cinnamon is a spice made from the inner bark of trees scientifically known as Cinnamomum
It is loaded with powerful antioxidants such as polyphenols and it has anti-inflammatory properties which help your body fight with infections and repair tissues
Fenugreek Seeds
Another very commonly used spice in Indian dishes is Fenugreek seeds that has many health benefits and it’s usage is vast.
One major usage of Fenugreek is in Breast milk production (Breast milk is the best source of nutrition for baby’s development).
While there are medicines to increase the production of breast milk, fenugreek seeds are natural and safe alternatives.
